• Where is the hotel located?

  We are located inside the historic City Walls just off Butcher Gate on Butcher Street.

• Does the hotel have car parking?

  Parking is limited and is on a first come first served basis. If there is no parking available we can redirect you to alternative parking.

• Are you close to local transport?

  We are within walking distance to the local bus centre. 1 mile away from Derry-Londonderry Railway Station and five miles away for City of Derry Airport.

• What time is check in and check out?

  Check in is from 3:00pm and check out is 12:00pm

• What time is breakfast served?

  Breakfast is served from 7.00am to 10.00am Monday to Friday and from 7.30am to 10.30am Saturday & Sunday.

• Do you have any dining offers?

  Please refer to our Dining page for our latest dining offers.

• How do I manage my booking?

  Reservations made here on maldronhotelderry.com or maldronhotels.com click this link to manage your reservation.

  Bookings made via third party websites must be cancelled through them.

• What is the cancellation policy?

  Maldron Hotel Derry offers free cancellation up to 12 noon day prior to arrival for almost all reservations made on maldronhotels.com or maldronhotelderry.com. Some special offers and key dates may specify a special cancellation policy, these will be clearly outlined in the terms & conditions.

  Reservations booked via on third party websites and online travel agents have their own cancellation policies, please refer to your confirmation email.

• Do you have meeting space available?

  We have two meeting rooms available. Please contact events.derry@maldronhotels.com or call us on 02871 371000 for prices and availability.

• What is the smoking policy?

  We are a strictly non smoking hotel this includes e cigarettes.

• Does the hotel have WiFi?

  We have free high speed WiFi available in all areas of the hotel.
